Terms & Conditions of Sale and Training

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Training govern the contractual relationship between LUWAI (training organization, SIRET 989 230 446 00013, registered under number 11923022292 with the Île-de-France prefecture — this registration does not constitute state approval) and any client subscribing to a training service.

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms apply to all professional training services provided by LUWAI. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Registration & Confirmation

All orders are confirmed by signing the training agreement and payment of a 30% deposit. The reservation is only final upon receipt of the deposit.

Article 3 — Pricing & Payment

Prices are in euros excluding VAT. The balance is due within 30 days of the training date. Late payments incur penalties equal to 3 times the legal interest rate.

Article 4 — Cancellations & Postponements

• More than 15 working days before: no charge, deposit refunded. • 8–14 working days before: 50% of total amount invoiced. • Less than 8 working days before: 100% of total amount invoiced. • Cancellation by LUWAI: rescheduled by mutual agreement, no penalty for the client.

Article 5 — Client Obligations

The client must provide a suitable training venue (in-person) or ensure internet connectivity (remote), and notify LUWAI of any special adaptation needs at least 5 working days before the session.

Article 6 — Non-Discrimination & Accessibility

LUWAI welcomes all participants without discrimination based on gender, origin, age, disability, religion, ethnicity, political views, or any other personal characteristic. Access is conditioned solely on the program's pedagogical prerequisites. Participants with disabilities should contact contact@luwai.fr.

Article 7 — Intellectual Property

Training materials are the property of LUWAI and are granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Participants retain ownership of productions created during workshops based on their own use cases.

Article 8 — Personal Data (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and used exclusively for training purposes. To exercise your rights: contact@luwai.fr.

Article 9 — Liability

LUWAI's liability is limited to the amount of the invoiced service. LUWAI is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of skills acquired during training.

Article 10 — Claims

All claims must be submitted in writing to contact@luwai.fr. LUWAI commits to acknowledging receipt within 48h.

Article 11 — Mediation & Applicable Law

In case of unresolved dispute, the client may use the consumer mediator: CM2C — 14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris — www.cm2c.net. French law applies.
