When to use a fast model (Haiku), a balanced one (Sonnet) or a reasoning one (Opus), depending on the use case and the cost. We avoid paying for Opus on a task Haiku handles very well.

Do you need a paid Claude account for the training?
No, a free account is enough for the exercises. A paid plan gives access to additional features, but it is not a prerequisite.
What is the difference between Claude and ChatGPT?
Claude excels at long-document analysis, nuanced writing and precise instruction-following. ChatGPT covers a broader ecosystem (images, voice). Many teams use both depending on the task.
Aren't Anthropic's free courses enough?
They give excellent basics, self-paced and generic. Our training starts from your documents and your business cases, in person, in a fundable setting and with a certificate of completion.
Is Claude suitable for confidential data?
Anthropic offers Claude for Enterprise with reinforced guarantees (data not used for training, DPA). The training frames what your teams can enter and how.
